DocMaster 4.2.14 Released

Below are two zip files: the DocMaster template, and the help file. This version of DocMaster was written using Notes 8.0.2, but makes very little use of R8 features (i.e. it should still work with R7 or even R6.5). See the help file for setup instructions.
